Use our online preference center to sign up for email, voice or SMS/text notifications and manage your preferences for outage alerts.
Use your account number, street number and street name to sign on to the outage alerts preference center. Find your account number on your bill, online account management system or on the Cobb EMC app. All fields below are required to sign on.
Register for text alerts by texting "REGISTER" to the shortcode 898-362 (TXTEMC).
