Beginning June 1, Cobb EMC’s call center will have new hours of operation, while the payment center hours will remain the same.

Customer service representatives will be available to take your calls the following days and times:
- 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday - Friday
- 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday
- Closed on Sunday
Cobb EMC Payment Center Hours
- Payment center office is open
8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday - Drive through window is open
7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday - Express Pay deposit center is open

Outage Reporting
Report electric outages 24-hours-per-day by calling Cobb EMC’s automated outage system at (770) 429-2100 and following the prompts. Please have your 10-digit account number or the 10-digit phone number listed on your account available when making the call.
