Cobb EMC Holds Annual Meeting on Sept. 4

The Seventieth Annual Meeting of the membership of Cobb Electric Membership Corporation will be held as planned on September 4, 2008, minus the election of directors in four EMC areas. In accordance with the order of Cobb Superior Court, director elections will be held at a later date. The membership will be notified of the revised election date. The annual meeting will be held at 1000 EMC Parkway, Building 3000, Marietta, Ga. Registration and entertainment will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the business session will begin at 11:00 a.m.
