Payment Arrangements

For our members experiencing difficulties due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking steps to help. We've implemented measures to assist our members during this hardship, like providing resources for financial assistance and offering payment arrangements.

Payment arrangements are for residential members who are having trouble paying their electric bill and would like a flexible option to keep their account current. Through payment arrangements, residential members are able to pay the balance on their account in installments.

To request a payment arrangement, please submit the form below. A member care representative will contact you with details of your payment arrangement once your request has been processed. If you are a small commercial member and need help with your account, please reach out to our member care center by calling 770-429-2100.

Payment Arrangement Details

This payment arrangement will allow you to split your past due balance in up to six monthly payments. The first payment is due two weeks from today. The remaining payments will be due with your monthly bills.

This payment arrangement will allow you to split your bill into two payments. Fifty percent of your bill is due now. Please log into the Cobb EMC account management system or call 1-855-730-8714 to make a payment. The remaining balance will be placed into a payment arrangement. Once you submit this form, a Cobb EMC member care representative will contact you regarding your second payment.
