Members’ feedback reflects strong satisfaction

Cobb EMC completed its annual member-wide customer satisfaction survey, where over 2,900 members participated. The member responses were sent to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®), a company that measures customer satisfaction across multiple industries throughout the entire United States. For 2026, Cobb EMC received an ACSI score of 92, on a 100-point scale.[1] 

 

 

 

 

“Our goal as an electric cooperative is to improve our members’ experience, and this ACSI score shows the impact of that focus,” said Kevan Espy, President and CEO of Cobb EMC. “I’m grateful to work alongside a team that works with integrity and brings passion and care to our members day in and day out.”

Cobb EMC’s score is higher when compared to publicly measured electric cooperative utility scores reported in the syndicated 2026 ACSI Energy Utility Study and places Cobb EMC 20 points higher than the average electric investor-owned utility score of 72, as well as 18 points higher than the municipal utilities score of 74, per the industry ratings.
