Please note:

  • Depending on your payment history with Cobb EMC, an additional deposit may be required. 
  • In order to start service at a new location, your current account must be up to date with no past due balances.
  • Once service is established, a $30 service establishment fee will be included on your first bill.

I understand that Cobb EMC's service establishment fee to new accounts is $30.00 and will be included on my first bill. I understand that Cobb EMC will notify me if I am required to pay a deposit, show ID, and/or verify proof of ownership in person prior to establishing service.
