HVAC Tuneup for Contractors

Resources for contractors participating in the HVAC Tuneup program.

Step 1: Review program process and terms and enroll in the program by Friday, February 20. Please also ensure Cobb EMC has your proper license and insurance information by this date.

Step 2: Once Cobb EMC's HVAC Tuneup program begins on March 1, 2026, contractors will receive an email each time a member makes a tuneup appointment with their company. Attached to this email will be a tuneup checklist and voucher for the member.

Step 3: Technicians bring a copy of each member's voucher and checklist to the member's service address for the tuneup appointment.

Step 4: At the end of the tuneup, the technician discounts $50 from the member's final invoice. The member and the technician both sign the voucher and completed the checklist.

Step 5: To request payment, the contractor must submit a Summary Invoice listing each member's name and service address along with each member's voucher, checklist, and invoice electronically on a weekly basis to marketing@cobbemc.com
